Saif Ali Al Dahbashi is CEO of AL TAIF, an EDGE entity and the leading UAE in-country provider of lifecycle support for military land platforms and systems through maintenance, repair and overhaul, supply chain management, technical training and engineering services.
In his role, he is responsible for managing business operations and playing a dynamic role in shaping and steering the strategic direction of AL TAIF by implementing the company’s vision and mission.
Al Dahbashi has previously served as Chief Operating Officer at AL TAIF. In this capacity, he planned the company’s operational activities, reviewed and monitored key performance indicators, and liaised with client and government departments.
Al Dahbashi brings to his role 17 years of experience in shaping and implementing largescale transformational programmes across major commercial organisations.
Prior to joining AL TAIF, Al Dahbashi was Vice President at Strata Manufacturing in Al Ain, where he was tasked with manufacturing operations and operational strategy for the aerospace composite structure facility, including designing, integrating, and improving manufacturing systems or related processes to optimise the plant and resources.
He also served as Head of Production at Strata and supervised the production activities including the fabrication and assembly of business units, CNC machining, non-destructive testing and production planning.
Previously in 2009 Al Dahbashi handled aerospace asset management, financial overviews and outcomes of aerospace performance, and training programme development at the in Mubadala Investment Company.
Saif Ali Al Dahbashi holds a Master of Science in Information Technology with a graduate certification in Computer Security and Information Assurance, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia, USA
